Biography
Paul J. Kiltinen, originally from Michigan came to Minnesota for college graduating with a bachelor of arts in Political Science from the College of St. Thomas, now University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Attending law school at Hamline University he was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October of 1986 and has practiced primarily in the Dodge County area currently with the office in Kasson, Minnesota.
Mr. Kiltinen has been active in the community, having served on the Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Minnesota Initiative Foundation, Juvenile Justice Advisory Commission, the Electronic Real Estate Recording Advisory Board, and as President of the Dodge County United Way.
Mr. Kiltinen has been the elected part-time County Attorney for Dodge County since January 1, 1995 and acts in that capacity as well as maintaining a private practice.
